Jazz-trained with a Bachelor of Music from the Box Hill Institute of TAFE – heralding from Melbourne Australia, James majored in Performance and Audio Engineering whilst establishing a strong presence in the inner city and suburban music scenes of Oz. Performing at venues from Vineyards, to pubs, festivals and corporate business events – James ushers in years of talent and experience from across the pond to introduce a blend of Southern Hemispherical repertoire to the North.
By fusing together a blend of complex performance techniques, including guitar looping, 2-part harmonising with Bass and Guitar at the same time, to beautiful atmospheric effects – James executes a wide array of unique sounds to provide both rhythmic support to the band, floorless leading tones and emotive background substance that both embodies and embellishes his magical sound.
